Processing Time

Immediately after your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. 5-7 days after you receive your confirmation email, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with your tracking information!

Shipping Policy

We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada.

Shipment Time

Standard orders shipping is 2-3 business days after shipment. (Unless USPS is experiencing delays!) If your products have not arrived within 10 days after shipment contact support@royalsheabeauty.com 

Shipping Fees

Standard and Expedited shipping rates are based on weight and location. Free shipping on orders $40+.

Missing Orders

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of order, Royal Shea Beauty is not responsible to refund or replace the order. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please reach out to support@royalsheabeauty.com any shipping concerns or to report an issue with your shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be done anytime before your order ships. Once you receive the email with your tracking information, this means that your order has been dispatched and can no longer be cancelled. Please contact me at: support@royalsheabeauty.com to cancel your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

We will provide full or partial refunds on orders that are damaged or defected outside of the customer’s control. Contact support@royalsheabeauty.com if you receive a damaged or defected order. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.

Final Sale

Please be advised that final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that were marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, regardless of the current status of the product.
